This ABS roller is a professional installation tool for automotive soundproofing; it is designed to press down sound-dampening materials (such as vibration-damping sheets and sound-insulating foam), ensuring a tight bond with the sheet metal—free of air bubbles or wrinkles—thereby maximizing sound and thermal insulation performance. By applying even pressure across the material’s surface, the roller expels air and strengthens adhesion, preventing the material from detaching or causing unwanted noise later on.

How long does the custom development process take?

We support custom extrusion products. The usual process has 4 steps: demand confirmation → 3D design/proofing → test certification → mass production (cycle 3-8 weeks).

How long is the sample delivery cycle?

3 days for stock materials, 7-10 days for new formulas (including performance test reports)

Can you provide third-party test samples?

We can send them to SGS/Intertek and other institutions, and the cost is borne by the customer (about $300/item).
